To protect and value our stylists and specialists time, we do require a 36 hour cancellation notice prior to your scheduled appt. Any cancellations not made before 36 hour notice will result in a 50% fee of scheduled service. If you are a no show/no call to your appointment, this will result in a 100% fee of scheduled service.
